ABOUT SCHOOL CINEMA
  IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL CINEMA
--------------------

School Cinema can be easily integrated into any curriculum or educational board and for a range of age-groups. It is the best choice for educators, parents and children as a modern-day solution to today's challenging times.

The basic requirements to conduct the School Cinema Programme are:
--------------------
  Basic audio-visual equipment
--------------------
Creation of a 'School Cinema' class as part of the school curriculum (10 or 20 academic sessions)

--------------------
A teacher to lead the learning sessions as a facilitator

Schools have integrated School Cinema into their curriculum and timetable in different ways.

Some have incorporated School Cinema as part of their SUPW/personality development classes while others have substituted the life skills or value/moral education classes with School Cinema.

Some have School Cinema every 2nd Saturday when students have time off from their scholastic subjects while others have incorporated it as a subject in the weekly time table.

The School Cinema sessions for parents and teachers can be conducted anytime during the academic year. Some schools club the sessions with the Orientation and PTA meetings while others club it with Report Card Day.
